Key Account Manager (Sales)

Dammam, Saudi Arabia

Essential Functions

  • Achieve the sales target set by management.

  • Promote company products and solutions to current customers and attract new clients.

  • Maintain full knowledge of all products and services and clearly explain them to customers.

  • Study customer needs and requirements and present suitable solutions and proposals.

  • Implement the sales policy and comply with performance indicators (KPI) and job tasks for weekly, monthly, and annual evaluation.

  • Follow up with different departments to ensure order processing and delivery to customers.

  • Deliver strong presentations that clearly demonstrate the value of products and services to clients.

  • Manage customer accounts and provide necessary support to maintain customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain continuous communication with customers through regular visits and professional engagement.

  • Follow up and ensure timely collection of invoices and receivables from customers.

  • Register all sales opportunities and potential customers in the CRM system and keep them updated.

  • Prepare reports related to visits, communications, and sales activities.

  • Provide reports about market competition, prices, and offers.

  • Prepare sales plans and identify potential opportunities.

  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the direct manager within the scope of the department.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Excellent persuasion, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to mobilize efforts toward solutions.

  • Good listening skills and flexibility.

  • Strong sales skills with the ability to achieve sales targets.

  • Ability to work under pressure.

  • Preferably strong technical background with good understanding of IT, telecommunications, computer systems, and smart solutions.

  • Ability to build strong and long-term relationships with executives and decision makers.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Analytical skills and ability to provide appropriate solutions to problems.

  • Good computer skills.

Qualification, Education, Training & Certification Required

  • (Preferred) Diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred in: Telecommunications Engineering - Information Technology - Business Administration

Minimum Experience & Skills Required

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales.

  • Good English language skills.
