We are looking for a hands-on AI Workflow Automation Specialist to help us build new workflows, troubleshoot errors, and optimize our existing automations. We need a "doer" who understands the technical side of automation deeply and possesses the curiosity to constantly evolve our tech stack as new tools emerge.

What You Will Do

• Build & Maintain Workflows: Create reliable workflows (primarily using n8n, but also evaluating alternative platforms like Make, Pipedream, VAPI, etc) to automate business processes (e.g., updating CRMs, parsing emails, creating agents, etc).
• API & Web Automation: Connect external tools using Webhooks and HTTP Request nodes. For platforms lacking traditional APIs, you will use tools like Browserless, Playwright, or Airtop to log into portals, navigate menus, and extract or upload data.
• AI Integration & Agentic Design: Connect AI model nodes and MCP servers to build smart agents capable of analyzing text and structured data.
• Custom Logic & Coding: Write JavaScript inside Code Nodes to transform complex data structures (JSON) when standard nodes aren't enough.
• Fix & Optimize: Troubleshoot "crashed" executions, fix JSON mapping errors, and ensure data flows correctly between nodes.
• Future-Proofing: Actively research and prototype emerging automation methods and "better ways" of working. You won't just follow a manual; you will suggest migrations to newer, more efficient technologies as they appear in the AI/Automation field.

Required Skills

• Automation: Deep knowledge of n8n (Split in Batches, Merge, Wait, IF/Switch), with the ability to translate those logic patterns to any other automation engine or custom script.
• JavaScript & JSON: You are comfortable writing custom code to map, filter, and format data—you see code as a tool to bypass the limitations of "no-code."
• AI & LLM Literacy: Experience using AI nodes (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, etc.) and a commitment to keeping up with the rapid weekly updates in the LLM space.

MAIN DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.       Actively prospect and identify new sales opportunities for the heavy equipment rental business

We are looking for an IoT Integration & Cloud Engineer to be the bridge between our devices and our platform. You will define how devices talk to the cloud, work side-by-side with backend and frontend teams, and ensure telemetry, alerts, and configurations are delivered reliably and securely from the field to the customer dashboard.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement device-to-cloud protocols (MQTT, HTTPS, WebSocket) with secure transmission (TLS, certificates, token-based auth).
• Design and document device provisioning, onboarding, and OTA update workflows.
• Work directly with backend developers on APIs, data structures, message schemas, and device lifecycle management.
• Coordinate with frontend developers so telemetry, alerts, and configurations appear correctly on the customer dashboard.

We are looking for a hands-on Hardware Evaluation & Customization Engineer to lead our technical relationship with manufacturing partners. You will audit supplier designs, run lab and field validation on samples, drive customizations on firmware and hardware, and build the in-house knowledge base that currently sits with our suppliers. Over time, you will identify products where local assembly or finishing in Dammam makes financial sense.

Key Responsibilities

• Supplier evaluation: Read and critique supplier schematics, BOMs, and datasheets; identify cost-cutting, weak component choices, undersized regulators, fake-branded ICs, poor antenna design.
• Sample validation: Run lab tests on supplier samples — EMC pre-checks, thermal, IP rating verification, RF/antenna performance, battery life claims, vibration.
• Customization: Request and validate hardware customizations (housing, connectors, antenna placement, sensor additions, branding) from suppliers and verify delivery.
• Firmware customization: Modify, reflash, harden, and debug firmware on supplier modules (ESP32, STM32, MTK, Quectel, etc.) — not from scratch, but enough to own the device behavior.
• Supplier scorecard: Maintain a quality / lead-time / responsiveness / IP-protection scorecard across all current and candidate suppliers.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• 3–6 years in IoT/embedded hardware, ideally including direct work with Chinese ODM/OEM suppliers.
• Strong ability to read and audit schematics and BOMs (Altium / KiCad / Eagle) — full from-scratch design is not required.
• Firmware experience in C/C++ for ESP32, STM32, or similar — sufficient to customize and harden supplier firmware.
• Hands-on with cellular (4G/LTE), GPS, BLE, Wi-Fi, or LoRa modules.
