IVMS

Components of a Driver Monitoring System

IVMS is your in-vehicle safety and visibility layer—combining onboard video and connected monitoring to keep every trip under control. When incidents, risky driving, or blind spots go unseen, fleets lose time, money, and accountability.

Perfect Vision delivers an IVMS Vehicle Tracking System  that unifies GPS location, event alerts, and video evidence in one operational workflow, so you can act in seconds and document compliance with confidence. Explore how a single deployment can improve driver behavior, speed up investigations, and protect your people and assets across the fleet.

Components of  (IVMS Vehicle Tracking System)

Hardware

DMS - Driver Fatigue Monitoring System

Our ai driver camera acts as a real-time driver monitor inside the cabin.

It detects drowsiness and fatigue, distraction, smoking, mobile phone usage, and seat belt violations. This helps you reduce preventable incidents and standardize driver coaching with evidence-backed events. It delivers reliable monitoring with 720P, ~45° field of view, and performance in low-light cabin conditions.

ADAS Camera System

The ADAS camera is your forward-facing safety layer. It supports LDW and FCW, plus pedestrian/obstacle detection, then delivers instant audio alerts to the driver through the in-cabin speaker. You get clearer accountability because risk events are captured with video evidence, not assumptions. Technical specs include 1080P Full HD, color night vision, and ~60° field of view.

Mobile Digital Video Recorder (MDVR)

The MDVR as the recording and processing core of your IVMS rollout. It connects and manages all vehicle cameras, records multi-channel video/audio, and pushes AI events to the cloud via 4G/Wi-Fi. It supports up to 8 × 1080P cameras with storage up to 512GB TF + 2TB HDD/SSD, and keeps recording even if 4G drops.

Main IVMS Dashcam – Core Unit (Standard 4-Channel)

We deploy the Main IVMS Dashcam as the core device in your standard IVMS package. It sits at the front of the vehicle and combines video, tracking, and road alerts in one unit. You get built-in GPS and ADAS for safer driving and faster incident validation. It supports up to 4 cameras in the standard setup, and you can upgrade to an 8-channel MDVR when you need wider coverage.

GNSS Antenna

Wi-Fi Antenna ensure accurate positioning and stable connectivity—so your tracking, speed data, and geo-fencing operate reliably on the IVMS platform. This is what turns raw video into an operational workflow: trips, events, and locations stay linked and searchable. We size the connectivity approach based on your coverage reality (4G primary, Wi-Fi optional).

AHD Rear Camera

The Rear Camera is designed to reduce reversing accidents and improve safety during loading/unloading. It gives the driver clear rear visibility where most yard collisions happen. Specs include ~90° viewing angle, 720P resolution, and an automatic day/night switching filter for consistent image quality.

In Cabin Camera

In Cabin Camera gives you visibility inside the vehicle—passenger area or cargo zone—so you can resolve incidents faster and run cleaner safety audits. It’s especially useful when you need time-stamped proof to support investigations and coaching. We typically include it when your operation requires internal compliance checks or high-value cargo protection.

BSD Camera

Our BSD Camera coverage reduces lane-change and side-maneuver risk by monitoring the vehicle’s blind spots and alerting the driver when objects, vehicles, or pedestrians are detected. This is critical for fleets operating in congested yards, highways, and work zones. The cameras are built for harsh environments with robust metal housing, black-and-white night vision, and an adjustable mounting angle up to 90°.
