Perfect Vision Online AI PWAS VS Offline AI PWAS

Perfect Vision’s AI-Powered PWAS Proximity Warning systems provide advanced detection of pedestrians, vehicles, and blind spots, delivering real-time in-cabin alerts for vehicles and heavy equipment. Available in both Online and Offline versions, these systems help organizations enhance on-site safety and choose the solution that best fits their operational environment, project scale, and safety management needs.

What is Perfect Vision’s AI-PWAS?

Perfect Vision’s AI-PWAS is an intelligent safety system that includes an in-cabin monitor screen, strategically positioned cameras covering blind spots around the vehicle, and advanced sensing technology that detects nearby pedestrians, vehicles, or obstacles in real time.

Perfect Vision offers AI-PWAS in two configurations:

- AI-PWAS Online: A fully connected system that provides real-time monitoring, data visibility, and remote fleet management through the FLEE TECH platform.

- AI-PWAS Offline: A standalone system that operates without internet connectivity, delivering real-time AI alerts that the operator monitors directly through the in-cabin display.

Perfect Vision Online AI-PWAS

The Online AI-Powered PWAS Proximity Warning is for large-scale projects and sites that require centralized monitoring and remote management. Beyond providing in-cabin alerts to the operator, the system connects to the internet via 4G, enabling real-time data transmission to Perfect Vision’s FLEE TECH platform.

Through the platform, management teams can monitor performance, analyze safety data, and gain clear insights into driver behavior in a structured and organized manner. This makes the Online version particularly suitable for large operations that require continuous supervision and detailed reporting to improve overall site performance.

How Does the Online System Work?

The system analyzes movement around the vehicle using four cameras that deliver full 360° coverage. When a person or vehicle enters the defined danger zone (up to 15 meters), the system immediately triggers:

  • A visual alert on the in-cabin display
  • An adjustable audible warning

At the same time, data and vehicle activity can be monitored remotely through the FLEE TECH platform.

FLEE TECH Platform

FLEE TECH is Perfect Vision’s dedicated management and monitoring platform for the Online AI-Powered PWAS Proximity Warning System. It provides companies with a comprehensive view of all connected vehicles, enabling management teams to oversee operations efficiently and make informed, data-driven decisions based on real-time insights.

What Does the FLEE TECH Platform Offer?

Fleet Monitoring

Management oversees all vehicles equipped with Online AI-PWAS through a single dashboard, with real-time visibility into each vehicle’s status and location.

GPS-Based Location Tracking

Through integration with GPS/GNSS technology, the platform enables tracking of vehicle locations, routes, and operational zones across project sites or between multiple locations.

Safety Reports & Analytics

The platform generates periodic reports covering:

  • Number of proximity alerts
  • High-risk zones with repeated incidents
  • Peak times for near-miss events
  • Driver responsiveness to safety alerts

User Access Management

The platform operates through a primary account with the ability to create sub-users, allowing organizations to manage access efficiently while maintaining centralized control under one main account.

Secure Cloud Storage

All data is securely stored in the cloud, ensuring easy access at any time and supporting documentation requirements for audits or incident investigations.

Offline Perfect Vision AI PWAS

The Offline AI-PWAS is designed for worksites where internet connectivity is limited or unavailable. The system operates entirely within the vehicle, providing immediate safety alerts directly to the operator without relying on any external network or platform.

How the Offline AI-PWAS works:

  • In-Cabin AI Control Unit: The system is installed inside the operator’s cabin and processes all data locally in real time.
  • 360° Camera Coverage: Multiple cameras are mounted around the equipment to monitor blind spots and surrounding activity.
  • Real-Time Hazard Detection: AI continuously analyzes the camera feed to detect nearby pedestrians, vehicles, or obstacles.
  • Instant Operator Alerts: When a potential risk is detected, the system triggers a visual alert on the cabin screen and an audible alarm.
  • On-Site Safety Monitoring: All detection and alert functions operate directly within the vehicle, ensuring reliable performance even in remote or network-restricted environments
