Job Role: Senior Accountant
Location: Dammam, KSA
Essential Functions
Execute day-to-day accounting transactions, including journal entries and reconciliation.
Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions in the general ledger.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements, supporting schedules, and reports.
Collaborate with the Senior Accounting Supervisor in financial analysis and performance evaluation.
Duties and Responsibilities
Support general ledger activities and assist in month-end and year-end closings.
Participate in account reconciliation and validation of financial data.
Assist in ensuring compliance with Zakat regulations and contribute to the preparation of Zakat filings.
Assist in internal audits to identify areas for improvement in financial controls.
Manage and control accounts payable activities, office expenses, and customer discounts in line with approved budgets and company policies.
Coordinate with banks, governmental bodies, customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications, Education & Certifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum Experience & Skills Required
Minimum 4–5 years of progressive accounting experience.
Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP is highly preferred.
Proficient in accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
