Job Role: Manufacturing Supervisor

Department: Operations
Essential Functions Supervise daily production operations, ensure efficient workflow, and achieve production targets while adhering to quality and safety standards.
Duties and Responsibilities
Plan and monitor daily production schedules and plans.
Manage, guide, and train workers and production line staff.
Monitor production line performance and troubleshoot operational issues.
Oversee product quality and ensure strict adherence to quality standards.
Ensure full compliance with occupational health and safety standards.
Prepare and submit regular workflow and operational reports to management.
Qualifications, Education & Certifications
Minimum of a Diploma / Associate Degree, or Bachelor’s Degree from TVTC (الكليات التقنية) or an accredited university/technical college in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Production/Manufacturing Engineering, or Automation & Industrial Control.
Minimum Experience & Skills Required
Prior experience in manufacturing or production is preferred.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Solid skills in planning, organization, follow-up, and problem-solving.
